摘要
在三维碱基空间下计算了12类约1400个核酸序列的分维值,发现Df值目进化有一定相关性,编码区Da比5’—cap、Intron、3’—tail区的Da值要大,对其含义上作了简要解释。
The fractal dimension of nucleic acid sequences in 13 categories (about 1400 sequences) has been calculated in 3-dimension base space, correlation between Df and the evolutionary levels is discoverled. It has been found that Da of coding region is larger tban that of 5'—cap、Intron and 3'—tail. The implications of the results are discussed briefly.
