摘要
我院在Internet医院网站创建了与广大群众交互式医药咨询服务的平台,本文主要介绍了网络医药咨询流程、主要功能、回复情况、组织与实施。网络医药咨询的应用使医院建立了一种新型的医院服务模式,开辟了一个为病人服务的新途径,成为医院吸引病人的一种新方式。
Our hospital has established an interactive service platform in the hospital website to make network medical consultation available to broader masses. This article describes the process, main functions, consultation responses, the organization and operation of the network medical consultation. Since the application of network medical consuhation, a new mode of hospital service is established with a new access patients＇ medical care opened, which becomes a new way of drawing patients.
