摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT增强扫描时,造影剂跟踪技术(Bolus Tracking)对造影剂推注速度和剂量等技术参数的选择应用以及成像质量的影响。方法使用螺旋CT、造影剂跟踪技术及高压注射器,对300例患者进行螺旋增强扫描,对扫描器官强化效果,注射速度及患者的状况作综合分析。结果(1)体质状况及血管条件好的成人,选择较高的注射速度,为2.5ml/s~3.0ml/s,使用造影剂跟踪技术(;2)体质状况及血管条件一般者,选择中等的注射速度,为1.5ml/s~2.0ml/s,使用造影剂跟踪技术(;3)体质状况及血管条件差者,应选择较低的注射速度,为1.0ml/s~1.5ml/s,可以使用造影剂跟踪技术(;4)血管条件极差可采用深静脉插管法,可以使用造影剂跟踪技术;(5)小儿宜选择手推,不推荐使用造影剂跟踪技术。结论充分利用造影剂跟踪技术在螺旋增强扫描中的优势获取高质量的强化CT图像,对进一步提高医生诊断正确率有重要帮助。
Objective To discuss the Bolus Tracking's effect of contrast agent injection speed, dose etc technical parameter and imaging quality in spiral CT enhancement. Methods 300 patients were examined by spiral CT,Bolus Tracking and high pressure injector.The enhaneemental results of target argans,injectional speed,patient's condition etc were analyzed. Results ①The slightly high injectional speed of high pressure injector should be chosen when the patients were adults with good condition of blood tube, which was 2.5ml/s3 ml/s with Blus Tracking.②The middle injectional speed of high pressure injector should be chosen when the patients had a general health and common condition of blood tube,which was 1.5ml/s ~ 2 ml/s with Bolus Tracking. ③The slightly injectional speed of high pressure injector should be chosen when the patients had a bad health and had condition of blood tube,which was lrnl/s ~ 1.5 ml/s with Bolus Tracking. ④The hands push injection should be chosen when patients had a very bad condition of blood tube, or patients were children without Bolus Tracking. Conclusion The high quality enhaneemental imaging could be obtained by making full use of Bolus Traeking,whieh is importantal useful for increasing correct diagnostic rate.
