医药产业国际标准技术壁垒分析与我国应对策略研究

Analysis of technical trade barriers to pharmaceutical industry and coping strategies of our country

对我国制药产业竞争能力进行定位,提出我国应对国际标准技术壁垒采取的策略。通过总结发达与发展中国家在标准壁垒制定方面的经验,结合行业吸引力-竞争能力矩阵分析我国制药产业的竞争能力水平。发达国家通过控制标准制定权促进标准国际化、标准区域化,发展中国家通过参照国际标准或补充国际标准突破技术壁垒,我国应采用选择性标准进攻策略,逐步突破国际标准技术壁垒。

This article is aimed to confirm competitive ability orientation of pharmaceutical industry of our country, then to raise strategies to cope with the International Technical Standard Trade Barriers. We summarized experience on strategy choosing of developed and developing countries, and analyzed the competitive ability orientation by industry attractiveness-competitiveness matrix. Developed countries promote standard internalization and regionalization by controlling instituting power, and developing countries break through Technical Standard Trade Barriers by referring and complementing standards. Our country should adopt selective aggression strategy to gradually break through Technical Standard Trade Barriers.
