药师会诊的模拟教学

Simulation of pharmacist consultation

通过模拟和互动教学法提高临床药学教学质量。按照临床会诊方式,提供一个模拟病例,组织临床药师培训基地学员与模拟患者沟通并对模拟病例进行讨论,提出会诊意见。模拟药师会诊的教学方法能够培养学员的自学能力,并提高药物治疗临床思维和解决实际用药问题的能力。

Through simulation and interaction teaching, we aimed to improve teaching quality of clinical pharmacy. At first, the teacher provided the abstract of a simulation case, asked clinical pharmacist trainees to communicate with the simulation patient. Then, the trainees were organized to discuss therapeutic measure and plan of pharmaceutical care. Finally, the teacher gave the trainees comments and guidance. The teaching method of the simulation of pharmacist consultation can improve the trainees＇ abilities of clinical thinking and self-study.
