Effects of Enhanced UV-Radiation on Morphological and Physiological Characters of Welsh Onion

摘要 以日本大葱为材料,以荧光灯照射为对照,研究了UV辐射增强对大葱株高、茎粗、含水量、类黄酮、叶绿素、Vc、可溶性糖含量等形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:UV辐射增强条件下供试大葱株高显著降低,而茎粗无显著变化;类黄酮含量显著升高;而叶绿素b含量显著降低;叶绿素a、叶黄素、含水量、Vc、可溶性糖含量无显著变化。 In this study, the effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on plant height, stem diameter, water content, contents of flavonoid, chlorophyll, V c and soluble solid of welsh onion (Allium fistulosum L.) were studied. The results showed that under the enhanced UV-B radiation, plant height decreased significantly, while the stem diameter was not significantly affected; the content of chlorophyll b decreased significantly, however the flavonoid content increased significantly compared with the CK. It was also noticeable that contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll, water, V c, and soluble solid were not significantly affected by the enhanced UV radiation. These results would be useful for breeding out new cultivars of welsh onion with high flavonoid content.
