摘要 旨在探求适合于夜香树嫩枝扦插繁殖的性能良好、成本较低的基质类型,试验选用了珍珠岩、蛭石、河沙、珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)、珍珠岩+蛭石(2:1)作为扦插基质,通过测定各基质的物理性质及插穗的形态指标、生理指标,选定出最佳基质类型。结果表明:在不同基质物理性质中以珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)和珍珠岩较好,其保温、保湿、通气状况优于其它基质,为插条生根提供了良好条件;在不同基质中,其幼根的生长情况不同,其中珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)和珍珠岩较快;不同基质对夜香树根长、根粗、根重等影响很大,其中珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)效果较好;根据根系活力、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖指标的测定,珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)与珍珠岩较好。综合各项指标知:珍珠岩+蛭石(1:1)更适合作为夜香树嫩枝扦插繁殖的基质。 The purpose of this experiment was to search optimal substrate that adapt to cuttings rootage of Cestrum nocturnurm with excellent perfomance and lower cost. Perlite,vermiculite, sand, perlite+vermiculite (1:1) and perlite+vermiculite (2:1) were selected as substrates in this experiment. In order to select optimal substrate, physical properties of different substrates and morphological and physiological indexes of cuttings were studied. The results showed that perlite+vermiculite (1:1) and perlite could improve root growth because of their better heat preservation, moisture preservation and ventilation status compare with other substrates. The substrates that perlite+vermiculite (1:1) and perlite have great effects on root length, root rough and root weight of Cestrum nocturrturra cuttings. There were higher root vigor, chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content when cuttings were planted in the ermiculite+perlite (1:1) or perlite. From all indexes of this experiment, we could know that vermiculite+perlite (1:1) was the optimal substrate of Cestrum nocturnurm cuttings propagation.
