摘要
试验以黄瓜为试材,研究了在100mmol/LNaCl胁迫下,添加外源钙对黄瓜幼苗耐盐性的影响。结果显示,盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生物量显著下降,叶绿素含量和保护酶活性显著降低,同时脂质过氧化指标MDA含量显著增加,幼苗生长受抑制;添加外源钙能在一定程度上缓解盐害,表现为植株生物量增加,叶绿素含量、SOD和POD活性显著提高,MDA含量显著下降,同时游离脯氨酸含量显著上升,渗透调节能力增强,不同钙处理水平,效果有差异,以40mmol/LCaCl2处理效果最好,说明外源钙可缓解盐害对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制作用,诱导其耐盐性的提高。
Using cucumber (Cucumis Sativus L.) as experimental material, we studied that the effect of exterior calcium on salt tolerance of cucumber seedling. The result showed that under 100mmol/L NaCl, cucumber seedling biomass declined significantly, chlorophyll content and protective enzymes activities decreased significantly, lipid peroxidation index MDA content increased significantly, which led to growth inhibition. Exterior calcium could alleviate salt injury in certain extent, because plant biomass enhanced, chlorophyll content, SOD and POD activities increased significantly, MDA content decreased significantly, at the same time, free proline content rised significantly and osmotic adjustment ability strengthened. The effects were different due to different calcium levels, in which the effect of 40mmol/L CaCl2 was the best. Basing on the above result, it was indicated that a range of exterior calcium alleviated the inhibition of cucumber under salt stress and induced salt tolerance.
