农村人力资源开发的两个国内案例分析

摘要 中国农村要实现跨越式的发展,关键在于农村人力资源开发。在中国各级政府、学术界对农村人力资源开发工作给予高度重视,相关研究不断深入的情况下,笔者试图通过典型案例分析来为农村经济发展、新农村建设提供一些有价值的观点和政策建议。笔者从公共行政管理的视角择取当前一些省市在农村人力资源开发工作方面的两个案例,采用案例法、比较法等,分别从农村人力资源开发的体制和机制两个层面对农村人力资源开发工作中出现的成功做法和存在的不足之处进行了剖析,以期能总结、完善和启迪中国农村人力资源开发工作。 Chinese rural areas want to realize great-leap-forward development, the key lies in rural area development of human resources. Governments at all levels and the academic community in China about rural human resources development work attached great importance to the deepening of research. The author attempts through two typical cases studies for China's rural economic development and the building of new countryside to offer some valuable ideas and Policy recommendations. In the view of public administration Management, the author selected two cases in rural human resources development work from some provinces and cities of China. In regards of the research methods, it is including of case analysis, Comparative analysis etc. From the perspective of the institutions and mechanisms of rural human resources development, the author show the success Practices and shortcomings to look forward to being able to sum up, improve and enlightening human resources development of China's rural areas.
