新农村建设中培训新型农民的思考与探索——以河南省为例

Thinking and Exploring of Training New Farmers During the Construction of New Countries

【研究目的】浅析培训新型农民,在推进河南新农村建设进程中所产生的作用。【研究方法】对比日本农民的培训模式,结合河南省的实际情况,提出实施新型农民培训的方法。【研究结果】就河南省而言,培训众多高素质、有文化、懂技术、会经营具备致富创业能力的新型农民是推进河南经济走向国际市场的需要,也是构建河南社会主义新农村建设的力量源泉和根本保证。分析了在实施农民培训过程中存在的问题和面临的主要任务,阐述了新农村建设进程中实施农民培训的有关措施,提出了必须把中青年农民作为首要的培训对象,大力发展农业教育事业,立足于学校教育为核心的新型教育培训模式。【研究结论】培训新型农民,并不断开拓创新培训模式,是化解河南"三农"问题,推动河南经济又好又快地发展的基本要求。

[research goal]Make a simple analysis of the usage which training the new farmers develops in pushing the construction of new countries of Henan province forward. [research approach]According to the training form of Japanese farmers and the reality of Henan, the thesis suggests the approach of applying the new farmers training.[research result]As for Henan province, training most of new international farmers with high-quality, culture diversity, technology, management, the ability of opening up careers is to meet the needs of Chinese agriculture more participation in the international market competition, also a power for pushing the construction of our socialist new countries forward. The thesis analyzes the problems and the main task during the process of training the new farmers, illustrates some relevant measures of training farmer in the construction of new countries, and on the basis of the above, it puts forward that we should aim to train the middle- aged and young farmers, develop the agricultural education energetically and keep a foothold what the core of the new educational training form is school education. [research conclusion]Training New farmers and continuing to develop the creative training form, this is the fundamental request to solve ＇Three Agriculture＇ problems and drive Henan economy in a good and quick development.
