小城镇发展与城镇道路设计

Development of Small Town and Design of Town Road

该文以城镇化快速发展给道路建设带来新的要求与新的思考为题,总结了51年大城市发展中对城市人口、用地控制不严造成城市交通拥堵、绿化减少等城市病的经验与教训。重点论述了发展小城镇是城市发展的需要与出路以及对城镇道路建设的关系,并提出了小城镇内部道路交通设计绿色交通、节约用地、以人为本、人与自然和谐发展等新构思,相应提出了一套包括内部道路类别与等级、路网布局、道路断面及宽度、交叉口道路系统交通组织设计的小城镇道路交通设计标准。最后对其外部公路设计提出了建议。

According to the issue that the rapid development of urbanization has brought the new demand and new thinking to the road construction,the article sums up the experience and lesson of the city diseases of the urban traffic jam and the greening decrement caused by not strict control of the urban population and land use in the development of the big city for 51 years.The article fo-cuses the discussion that the development of small town is the need and outlet of urbanization and is the relationship of town road construction,and puts forward the new design conceptions of the green traffic,saving land,human oriented,human and natural harmonious development of the internal roads in the small towns,and relatively puts forward the small tow road traffic design standard including the internal road category and grade,the road network layout,the road section and width,the intersection road system and the traffic organization design.At last,the article puts forwards the suggestion for the design of its external roads.
