摘要
福建是洪涝灾害较为频繁的省份,县级以上城市的涝灾损失是近年来较为突出的问题。该文分析了福建城市涝灾的特点和成因,并针对这些特点提出了涝害的减灾和治理对策。
Fujian is a province where the flood and waterlog diseases are frequent.The waterlog loss of the cities over the county class has been extrusive problem in the recent years.The article analyzes the characteristics and causes of the city waterlog in Fujian,and puts forward the countermea-sures for decreasing and harnessing the waterlog disease according to these characteristics.
