摘要
优质、高产、多抗水稻新品种"东稻1号"是1993年以水稻转菰基因后代"C23"为母本,以日本优质水稻品种"一目惚"为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱法选育而成的晚熟品种。2004年吉林省预备试验平均产量8 784.0 kg/hm2,比对照品种"关东107"增产1.5%;2005—2006年2年区域试验平均产量8 394.8 kg/hm2,比对照品种"关东107"增产8.4%;2006年生产试验平均产量8 298.0 kg/hm2,比对照品种"关东107"增产2.5%。稻米品质达到国家二级优质米标准,中感穗茎瘟(MS),抗稻瘟病性明显优于对照"关东107"。该品种于2007年年初通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定,适于吉林省四平、吉林、辽源、通化、松原等晚熟平原稻作区种植。
"Dongdao No.1" was selected through sexual hybridization which took the offspring of rice transgenic Zizania latifolia C23 as female parent and the "Yimuhu" as male parent using pedigree technique in 1993. It is a late ripening rice with the characteristics of good quality, high yield and multi-resistance. Regional trial results from 2004 to 2006 showed that its yields were 8 784.0, 8 394.8 and 8 298.0 kg/hm^2 and increased by 1.5%, 8.4% and 2.5% compared with the control of "Guandong 107" respectively. The quality of the rice reaches secondary standard of the governmental high grade rice standard, and it is mid-resistanee to rice neck rot blast. In addition, it has higher resistance to rice blast than the control of "Guandong 107". "Dongdao No. 1" was examined and approved by Jilin Provincial Variety Examination and Approval Committee at the beginning of 2007.
