摘要
介绍了一种对固氮细菌感染植物进行显微观察的改良方法——共聚焦激光扫描显微镜三通道扫描法。该方法与常规的光学显微镜观察、电子显微镜观察相比,具有操作简便、不需要繁琐的前处理、所用仪器少、有效可行等特点,而且在有些应用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜双通道法观察固氮细菌对植物的感染效果不理想的情况下,可以采用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜三通道扫描法观察。
This paper introduces a modified method for the observation of the infection of diazotrophic bacteria to plants, i.e. the method for its observation under the confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) in three channels. In comparison with the traditional methods for its observation under the light microscope and electron microscope, it has many advantages. First of all, the operation is easy; second, the preparation of the samples is not complicated; third, it has a small need for instrument; fourth, it is effective and feasible. Furthermore, when its observation can not be carried out. under the confocal laser scanning microscope in two channels, the CLSM in three channels can work effectively.
