人参水溶性蛋白对几种细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Ginseng Hydrophilic Protein on Proliferation of Vero,L_(929) and 2BS Cell Lines

采用缓冲液抽提及硫酸铵分级沉淀法制备人参水溶性蛋白,以MTT法检测其对非洲绿猴肾细胞Vero、小鼠成纤维细胞L929及人胚肺二倍体细胞2BS增殖的影响。结果表明:人参水溶性蛋白对Vero细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用;在低浓度时,对L929细胞增殖具有一定促进作用,其中1μg/mL促进作用最明显(P<0.001),但当蛋白质浓度达到500μg/mL时,则具有抑制作用(P<0.01);对2BS细胞增殖无明显影响。

The hydrophilic protein of ginseng was extracted by ammonium sulfate fractionation. The effect of hydrophilic protein on the proliferation of cells （such as Veto, the kidney cells of African green monkey, [929, the mouse normal fibroblast cells, and 2BS, the cells of hominine embryo and lung）was investigated with the method of MTT. The results showed that ginseng hydrophilic protein could inhibit the proliferation of Veto cells. 1.929 cells proliferation was promoted at lower protein concentration, especially when the concentration of protein was 1 μg/mL（ P 〈 0. 001）, however, L929 cells proliferation was inhibited at higher protein concentration 500 μg/mL（ P 〈0. 01）. The 2BS cells proliferation was affected inconspicuously.
