摘要
通过三维运动图像分析手段对我国5名优秀女子举重运动员的抓举技术动作进行测试,通过对比分析不同运动员在抓举过程中各动作技术阶段(第一发力阶段、过渡阶段、第二发力阶段和惯性上升阶段)的时间比、杠铃上升高度比、做功比和平均功率等关键指标,揭示我国优秀女子举重运动员的抓举技术特征。
Using the method of 3D motion analysis, this paper studied the snatch technique of 5 elite woman weightlifters in China. By comparative analyzing the time percent, vertical high percent of barbell, work percent and average power of different technical phase during the snatch (first pull phase, transitional phase, second pull and free pull phase), the snatch technical characteristics of our elite woman weightlifters are pointed out.
