摘要
目前国家和自治区采取了一年制或两年制脱产培训的继续教育模式,对全疆从事双语教学的双语教师进行轮岗培训。这些教师返回工作岗位后的教学状况如何呢,针对这个问题我们进行了实地调查研究,在此基础上对双语教师的专业发展提出了几点建议。
Presently the country and the autonomous region have adopted one year system or two year system off--job training continuing--education pattern, All the regional bilingual teachers have to turn the hillock training. But how is the teaching condition after these teachers return to their operating post? According to this ,We have conducted investigation research in view of this question, and based on this we put forward several proposals to the bilingual teacher's career development.
