摘要
本研究选择新疆三所代表性的高师院校,以2007届少数民族毕业生作为调研对象,结合2004-2006年相关统计数据,从毕业生就业准备、就业观念等五个维度进行相关分析,重点对其就业难原因进行归因分析.并提出有针对性的对策和建议。
This research paper is based on the relative statistics of 2004 to 2006 and takes ethnic minority graduates of 2007 from three typical high education normal universities in Xinjing as the research objective to analyze the issue through various dimensions such as employment preparation and employment idea etc. The purpose is aim to analysis the reason of this problem base on the attribution theory. On the basis of exploration to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions .
