摘要
目的:探讨在运动处方干预下,对大学生体质影响的效果,并为大学生的科学健身提供"量化"指导和今后的调研提供依据及参考。方法:按随机抽样原则,在本校06级学生中随机抽取4个班,两个班作为实验组,实施运动处方;另两个班作为对照组,不实施运动处方干预,实验期为1年,以对比、验证运动处方对大学生体质影响的效果。结果:实验组和对照组在耐力素质、力量素质、肺活量体重指数及台阶试验成绩等指标上,实验前后存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:运动处方对增强、改善大学生体质有显著效果,能有效提高大学生体质健康水平,并有助于培养大学生终身体育能力。
The purpose of this study was to explore the different impact of physical exercise prescription intervention on the college student' s fitness, and provide experimental data and physiology reference for the students' physical fitness and after - going scientific research. 4 classes randomly from graded 2006 are selected and two groups are divided as experimental and comparative group, using the conventional PT teaching for comparative group and the physical exercise prescription teaching for experimental group one year to testify the impact of physical exercise prescription on the two groups. The result shows that significant differences exist among the students in terms of physical fitness and physical function(P 〈0.01 ). It concludes that physical exercise prescription can improve physical health of college students, help them cultivating the ability to do lifelong physical training and provide students quantitative guidance for their fitness.
