摘要
心理因素是现代竞技体育比赛中十分重要的一个训练环节,它是取得胜利的主要手段。本文对赛前心理障碍的产生原因进行分析,指出影响比赛的赛前心理因素,以及如何克服赛前紧张和焦虑状态。让运动员学会如何进行自我心理训练,以达到提高比赛成绩的目的。
Mental factor is important training component in modern athletic competition and main way to win the victory. This paper makes analysis on reason causing the metal barrier pre - competition, points out the mental factors influencing competition and how to overcome anxiety. The main purpose is to let athlete learn how to do mental training in order to improve the performance.
