摘要
恢复训练在现代中长跑训练体系中占有重要的地位,同时也是运动训练中的一个重要组成部分。现代中长跑训练为了使运动员获得较好的成绩,都必须从事大运动量训练,伴随而来的就是疲劳的产生。如何才能使运动员的疲劳更快的消除呢?因为训练结束后恢复得好和坏与运动员的成绩息息相关,目前运动成绩的竞争,也就是大运动量训练结束后恢复效果的竞争,谁大运动量训练结束后恢复抓的好抓的紧,就可能成为明天赛场上的获胜者。
Recovery training plays an important role in modern training system of long and middle distance running, and it is also a vital part in sports training. In order to get a good performance, the athletes have to be engaged maximal training, and the following result is that they get exhausted easily after training. How to get rid of their exhaustion after training is a question to be carefully considered. The reason is that the performance of athletes largely depends on whether they can recover from training. The person who can recover from maximal training well immediately will be the future winner.
