There is theoretic basis on the educational characteristics of local university. The physical education department insists on developing in its special way. Educational idea and measurement of the physical education department are made on the basis of characteristic exploration and practice made in the aspects of orientation of running a college, major construction, cultivation of innovatory talent, course development and scientific research.
