摘要
从石油污染的土壤、水体中筛选出以0#柴油为惟一碳源的高效石油烃降解菌X12和HS12。经鉴定分别为气单胞菌属(Aeromonas sp.)和邻单胞菌属(Plesiomona sp.)。通过降解能力的测定,对降解能力较强的菌种X12进行降解能力的测定,结果表明,其最适的含油量为5g·L-1,最适温度为35~50℃,最适盐度为15%~25%,最适pH值为6~7。以上结果可为中性偏酸性、高盐度土壤石油污染生物修复提供理论依据。
Using diesel as sole carbon source, three bacteria strain S1, S2, S3 which had high degrading capacity for diesel were isolated and screened out from polluted soil and water for long time. Through morphological observation and character studies of physiology and biochemistry, both two strains were identified as Paenibacillus Ash. The degrading rate of S2 which was the highest degrading rate was studied, The results showed that optimal conditions were diesel content was 5 g·L^-1, temperature was 37-50 ℃, salinity was 15 %-25 %, pH value was 6-7. The above results offered theoretical basis for environment refreshing in acidic and neutral oil-contaminated soil.
