摘要 以稻草为原料,采用单因素试验和二次旋转正交组合试验设计,考察了温度、时间、氢氧化钠浓度、料液比及微波功率对提取的影响,得到了反应的最佳工艺条件:反应时间为2.33min,氢氧化钠浓度为18.98%,料液比1∶11.68,功率630.32w,在此工艺条件下纤维素的提取率为70.17%。 Taking straw as the raw material, a single factor and quadratic general rotary experiment design were carried out and the effects of temperature, time, the concentration of Sodium hydroxide solutionand, the head of the straw, the ratio of raw materials and solution, and the microwave power on the reaction conversion were examined. The results showed that the optimal conditions could be defined as: reaction time was 2.33 min, the concentration of Sodium hydroxide solution was 18.98%,the head of the straw was 80, the ratio of raw materials and solution was 1:11.68,the power was 630.32 w and the rate of extraction was 70.17 %.
