四种神经肽在软体动物中的研究现状

摘要 神经肽广泛存在于脊椎动物和无脊椎动物体内,而且起着很重要的作用。通过对已有的研究资料分析发现,在高等动物中枢神经系统中神经肽发挥神经激素和神经递质的功能,除了这些功能神经肽还可能与细胞增殖、生长和生存有关。很多研究发现:高等动物体内广泛存在的某些神经肽在软体动物体中却很少有研究资料报道;而软体动物中广泛存在的一些神经肽在其他高等脊椎动物中也很少有报道。因此推测,在神经系统进化过程中,有些神经肽在后来的进化过程中一直保存下来,有些则被其他的类似物质替代。同时也有一些新型的神经肽形成而广泛存在于高等的脊椎动物中。本文对四种神经肽在软体动物中研究现状和发展趋势进行了讨论。 Neuropeptide was widely found in vertehrares and invertebrates, and plays a very important role. Through analysis of existing research found that, neuropeptide play a neuropeptide hormones and neurotransmitters role, in addition to these functions neuropeptide also may be related to cell proliferation, growth and survival. Many studies found that, some neuropeptide were widely existence in vertebrate but not in the mollusk. By contrast, some neuropeptide were widely existence in mollusk but not found in vertebrate. Presume some neuropeptide was reserve in invertebrate and vertebrate, some was replaced with other analogue and generated some new transmitter in vertebrate in the last evolution of nervous system. The results suggested that the research of the four neuropeptide in the mollusk.
