“职业高原”现象与护理人力资源使用现状相关性分析及建议 被引量:7

摘要 从4个方面对护士"职业高原"现象的原因进行了分析:①护士学历提升与护理人才使用机制不对应;②管理者对护士职业目标的重视和培养不够;③护士职业价值与护士分层使用不合理;④个人因素。建议合理使用紧缺的护理人力资源,完善护士职业培训和公平竞争机制。 The reasons resulting in "Occupational Plateau" phenomena of nurses were analyzed from 4 aspects: unfitness of increased nurse educational level and nursing staff utilization system, inadequate focus on nurse occupational training goal and strategies from managers, unreasonable nurse career value as well as the clinical ladder system, and some individual factors. Thus, it is suggested to reasonably utilize limited nursing staff resource, thereby to complete nurse occupational training and fair competition system.
