摘要
介绍了香港医院与内地医院的相同与不同之处,总结了香港医院护理管理的特点,以供护理管理者借鉴,从而提高临床护理质量及管理效能。
This paper introduced the sameness and differences of hospitals between in Hong Kong and Mainland. It also summarized the characteristics of nursing management in Hong Kong hospitals which could provide nursing managers a reference for further improving the clinical nursing quality and management efficiency.
