摘要 为适应京津城际轨道交通工程无砟轨道桥上、桥下起吊博格板,桥面、路面轨道板高精度铺设、全方位作业的要求,介绍了所设计的轨道板铺设用轮胎式全液压悬臂门式起重机的结构型式及控制系统。从其现场使用来看,克服了作业面单一、且不能提前运输博格板的限制,很容易满足博格板的铺设要求、适应桥上线路的变化情况。 To meet the requirements of the high-precision laying of non-ballast decking and paving tracks of the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-municipal Transit, lifting Bog slabs up and down the bridge, and other all-round operations, the structural type and the control system of the home-designed tire-type full-hydraulic cantilever crane are introduced in the paper. According to our practical use of it at the site, it helps overcome the shortcomings in the past that the working surface was limited, and the transport of Bog slabs could not be performed in advance. It is found widely adaptable to changes in the construction situation and easy to meet the requirements in laying Bog slabs.
