基于ZVS的对称PWM控制全桥高频逆变器

摘要 将软开关ZVS技术应用于对称PWM(HPWM)控制逆变器。开关管不仅工作在对称状态,而且能很好实现ZVS通断,使开通损耗大大减少,逆变器具有可靠性和频率均高的优点。研制的输出频率25kHz,载波频率600kHz,输出功率4500VA的高频逆变器,证明了方案的可行性。 In this paper, the Zero-voltage Switching soft-switching is applied in an inverter with symmeterical PWM control method. Switches symmetrically and can achieve the ZVS easily. The turn on loss of svitches is reduced significantly, higher frequency and reliability are offered. The scheme is verified on an inverter with output frequency 25kHz, carrier frequency 600kHz, output effciency 4500VA.
