摘要
全桥移相逆变电路是开关电源的重要组成部分,很大程度上决定了开关电源的性能。文章对变换电路的工作原理、工作过程作了具体分析,对主要器件进行了参数选择,并给出了由控制芯片UC3875构成的3kW ZVS-PWM变换电路,最后利用仿真软件PSPICE进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明系统设计可行,性能指标基本可以满足设计要求。
FB-ZVS-PWM inverter is an important component of the Switching Power Supply. The working principle and process of the inverter are introduced in detail in this article. The parameters of the main components are designed. And the control circuit based on UC3875 is presented. Finally the designed system is simulated with the PSPICE simulation software. The simulation results show that the system is feasible and the performance indicators meets design requirements.
