X-STOP棘突间减压系统治疗腰椎神经源性跛行 被引量:2

摘要 神经源性间歇性跛行是腰椎管狭窄症最常见症状,保守治疗效果较差,传统减压术和融合术可能出现严重并发症。脊柱后方力学稳定装置X-STOP棘突间减压系统,通过限制腰椎管狭窄节段的后伸来缓解临床症状,不影响狭窄节段的屈曲、旋转、侧屈,有助于保存狭窄节段的运动功能,防止邻近节段椎间盘加速退变。X-STOP棘突间减压系统植入术操作简单,研究表明植入术后临床疗效明显优于保守治疗,且与椎板切除减压术相当。X-STOP棘突间减压系统对轻至中度神经源性间歇性跛行,是一种有效的治疗方法。
