流体剪切应力对成骨细胞信号转导机制的影响

摘要 机械应力在骨的生长、重建过程中起着十分重要的作用。应力作用于骨组织对骨细胞、成骨细胞等应力感受细胞产生牵张应力和流体剪切应力(FSS).进而影响细胞内相关基因的表达.其中FSS占主导作用。FSS引起骨细胞分子活动的具体机制尚不明确.细胞膜上的应力敏感离子通道、整合素-细胞骨架复合体、G蛋白、蛋白激酶介导通路、RhoA/Rho激酶(ROCK)通路.以及间隙连接/间隙连接蛋白Cx43半通道结构,可能在力学信号转导过程中起重要作用。
