摘要
为了解氢化可的松和干扰素α-2b对瘢痕疙瘩浸润、增生和老化各部分成纤维细胞的影响是否相同,对6例瘢痕疙瘩不同部位和6例正常皮肤成纤维细胞在培养基中加入氢化可的松(0.1mg/ml和0.5mg/ml)及干扰素α-2b(1000μ/ml)后的增殖情况作了初步研究。结果:氢化可的松浓度为0.1mg/ml时,所有细胞均被抑制;当氢化可的松浓度升至0.5mg/ml时,几乎所有的细胞均不能存活。干扰素α-2b对瘢痕疙瘩各部分成纤维细胞及正常皮肤的成纤维细胞反应略有不同,瘢痕疙瘩老化部的成纤维细胞不受影响,而其它细胞均被抑制。提示瘢痕疙瘩老化部成纤维细胞对干扰素α-2b的敏感性与其它成纤维细胞存在差异。
In order to study the influences of hydrocortisone and interferon α 2b on fibroblasts from three tissre parts of keloids (invasive,proliferative and senile part)and from normal skin, we carried on some researches on proliferation of fibroblasts from three different parts of keloids(6 cases)and from normal skin (6 cases)in media containing hydrocortisone(0.1 mg/ml and 0.5 mg/ml) and interferon α 2b(1 000 μ/ml by cell culture. The results of this study are as follows:The influerces of hydrocortisone (0.1 mg/ml) to fibroblasts from three parts of keloids and from normal skin were similar.They were all inhibited.All these fibroblasts could hardly survive in medium containing high dose hydrocortisone (0.5 mg/ml).Growth of fibroblasts from three parts of keloids and from normal skins slightly differed in medium containing interferon α 2b.Cells from the senile part of keloids were unaffected and the others were all inhibited.The data suggests that perhaps the sensibility to interferon α 2b of fibroblasts from the senile part of keloids was different.
