摘要
在炼钢厂,高炉煤气(主要成分为一氧化碳)一般经过降温、除尘、加压后送入煤气管网或送入煤气柜储存,在高炉旁或附近工房内的工人、以及加压站的工人经常发生一氧化碳中毒的事故,危害较大,而且在煤气管道及储存柜检修期间,也经常发生泄露的一氧化碳气体遇明火产生爆炸的事故。本文介绍了一种基于数据采集芯片ADuC824的一氧化碳监测报警仪硬件构成与软件设计的方法,该系统可以用来检测高炉、管道周围空气当中的一氧化碳气体的浓度。整个系统具有体积小、A/D转换速率快、采集效率高、良好的人机界面的特点以及较好的使用价值。
Workers who are close to blast furnace and workhouse and pressuring station suffer from poisoning of the carbon monoxide because the blast furnace gas (main content is carbon monoxide) is often saved in gas network and gas cabinet by reducing temperature, dedusting, and pressuring. While the fire is met during the repairing period of gas pipe and cabinet, the explosion often takes place. The design of the hardware structure and software of an alarming instrument for monitoring carbon monoxide based the data collection clip ADuC824 is introduced. The system can be used to examine the concentration of the carbon monoxide in the air around blast furnace and pipe. Its main character is small volume, AD high conversion rate, high collecting rate, excellent man - machine interface and good using value.
