摘要
研究了一种高选择性、高灵敏度流动注射微分光度检测痕量锡的方法。基于十二烷硫酸钠存在下,锡与水杨基荧光酮在强酸介质中形成三元络合物最大吸收波长为503nm。利用一次进样产生的正负两个拐点的微分光度值(△A)进行定量分析。试验表明,常见干扰离子均不发生类似的显色反应,具有很高的选择性和灵敏度,不需要分离可直接测定钢铁样品中的痕量锡。
A new Flow - Injection Differential Spectrophotometry for determining the trace amount of Tin is invented in the test. Tin and Salicyl fluorone make up Termary complex in Sodium dodecyl sulfate, and Tin's highest absorbency is 503nm. We analyzed the differential spectrophotometric quantity of plus - minus inflexions by a sample introduction. The test showed that the trace amount of Tin immediately can be determined and the common interfering ions ,don't cause the similar color development reaction. The results of determining the Content of Tin in Alloy Steel by Flow- Injection Differential Spectrophotometry are satisfactory.
