摘要 利用ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)研究了铜合金中的镍、铅、锡等微量元素的测定方法,对分析谱线、共存元素、仪器参数等因素进行了分析讨论,确定了合适的谱线,基本解决了待测元素间干扰与基体元素的干扰,并对铜合金标样进行精密度和回收实验。结果表明,相对标准偏差小于5%,标准加入回收率在95%~105%,该方法快速简捷,准确度高。 A method was described for determining Ni, Pb, Sn in copper alloy by ICP - AES from check and recovery test. The selections of the analytical wavelength, the elements and instrumental parameters have been discussed. The right lines were identified and the interference of the elements were solved basically. And precision and recovery experiments of copper alloy samples were done. Results showed that RSD≤5%, recovery rate was at 95% -105%, and the method is simple, rapid, high accuracy.
