摘要
随着水体富营养化日益严重,有毒蓝藻水华引起的污染事件在世界范围内频繁发生,其产生的毒素对人体健康构成潜在的危害。因此,微囊藻毒素受关注的程度日渐加大,迫切需要建立一种工作原理简单易行、分析速度快、灵敏度高的检测方法,对水体特别是地表水和饮用水中的微囊藻毒素进行检测。本文综述了目前国内外在微囊藻毒素检测方面的各种研究方法和成果,比较了生物法、HPLC法、GC-MS法、薄层色谱法、酶联免疫法等检测方法的优缺点,展望了目前微囊藻毒素检测技术尚需解决的问题及其发展趋势。
Mass growth of cyanobacteria ( blue - green algae), leading to the production of blooms, accretion of pollutions occurs in eutrophic waterbodies thoughout the world. Microcystins which produced by cyanobacteria population related to people's health have been raised more attention. A determination method is urgently needed, which is easy to doing, quickly, sensitive, especially in surface water and drinking water. This paper reviewed the researching methods and achievements about determination of MCs at home and abroad, compared biological method, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography -mass spectrum, thin level chromatography and enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The problems need to solved and the expectation of the determination method of MCs were showed.
