实践对“图书馆精神”贫困论的质疑

The Challenge of the Practice to the Poor Library Spirit

近来常有"图书馆精神"缺失、贫困的提法。"贫困论"所列举的种种现象表明的不是"图书馆精神"的本质特征,而是属于"图书馆的精神"范畴,所以要区分"图书馆精神贫困"的现象与本质、掌握"图书馆精神贫困"的特殊性与普遍性以及相对性与绝对性等问题,使"中国图书馆精神"与"中华民族精神"保持一致,逐步与"国际图书馆精神"接轨。

There is the formulation of ＂the library spirit＂ which is lack and poor. All the kinds of phenomena listed by the ＂poverty＂ don＇t make known the essential character of ＂the library spirit＂, but the areas of the ＂the spirit of the library＂. Therefore, we should distinguish the phenomenon and the nature of ＂the poverty of the library spirit＂, master the personality and universality, the relativity and absoluteness of ＂the poverty of the library spirit＂, and hold identical view of ＂the Chinese library spidt＂ and ＂Chinese national spirit＂, and be in agreement with ＂the international library spirit＂.
