摘要 读者满意度调查作为当前图书馆与读者沟通的有效途径之一被广泛应用。南京大学图书馆开展了读者满意度调查活动,通过对调查工作的组织实施过程、问卷设计、调查结果分析等的研究,得出本次调查应该更加优化调查对象的分布、问卷的设计没有做到与读者互动、应该更多地参照定量化的评价方法等结论。 The readers' satisfaction degree survey as an available method in the communication between libraries and readers is used broadly. This paper aims at the readers' satisfaction degree survey in Nanjing University Library, introduces the process of organization and implementation of the survey, questionnaire design and results gained. The authors also draw the following conclusions: the survey should optimize the distribution of the targeted readers; the design of the questionnaire does not interact with readers; quantitative evaluation methods should be referred.
