不同时期有不同的发展观。发展观规范着成人教育发展,成人教育发展是发展观的发展体现。在对发展观进行历史检视的基础上,进而分析发展观与成人教育发展的关系,从发展观的角度即从发展指导思想、发展目的和发展动力方面对成人教育发展本质进行反思。
