和谐社会视野下的农村社区教育发展

The Education Development of Rural Community under the Horizon of Harmonious Society

党的"十六届六中全会"明确提出构建社会主义和谐社会,当前我国构建和谐社会的重点、难点和突破口都在农村。我国农村幅员辽阔、人口众多,没有农村的稳定和发展,就不可能有整个社会的稳定和发展;没有农村的和谐,就不可能有城乡的和谐、中国社会的和谐。而要构建农村的和谐,关键是发展农村的教育,尤其是农村社区教育。

The clear proposal of building a socialist harmonious society was released at the Sixth Plenary session of the 16^th CPC Central Committee. China＇ s current focus, difficulty and breakthrough on building a harmoinous society is in rural areas. The rural area has a vast territory and large population. Without the stability and development of rural areas, it is impossible to keep the whole society stable and developing. China＇s social harmony can not be achieved without the rural area＇s harmony. To build a harmonious rural area, it is a key to develop the education of rural area, particularly education in rural community.
