Guangzhou Railway Group’s current capacity of strategic loading (unloading) point and logistic base constrains the develop-ment of its modern logistics. The group improves cargo distribution capacity and eases traffi c tension by means of accelerating the con-struction of strategic loading (unloading) point and regional logistic base; and realizes intensive operation and lean management through innovating transport organization mode and strengthening the coordination between stations and lines.
