硫铵结晶系统蝶阀腐蚀原因分析 被引量:1

REASON ANALYSIS FOR CORROSION OF BUTTERFLY VALVES IN AMMONIUM SULFATE CRYSTAL SYSTEM

摘要 硫铵结晶系统使用的蝶阀中阀轴等一些部件在短期内出现了发黑、变细直至断裂。通过化学成分分析、显微组织观察、能谱分析、接触腐蚀试验和开路电位测试等方法分析失效原因。结果表明:由304钢制造的销子和阀轴在硫铵母液中产生了全面腐蚀。其次不同成分的奥氏体不锈钢之间发生的电偶腐蚀也加速了蝶阀的腐蚀。 The parts for the butterfly valves were corroded, got black and broke off in short time after the butterfly valves was put into operation. Several methods including chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination, EDS analysis, contact corrosion experimentation and open circuit potential test were used to analyze the failure reason. The result showed that the general corrosion took place in the pins and shaft made from 304 steel in ammonium sulfate mother liquor. The second reason was the galvanic corrosion taking place between austenitic stainless steel of different chemical composition.
