摘要
井下作业工况纷繁复杂,其井控条文详尽繁多,最核心的井控技术要点在于:在任何时候,任何工况下,都能及时迅速地将井控制住。文中把井下作业近四十种工况归纳为十大类,并针对其特点,提出了现场井控技术要点。对于在井下作业的四大类工况(旋转作业、起下油管或钻杆、起下钻铤或工具、空井或绳索作业)中发生溢流,其关井程序采取常规的半软关井。对于低压井、浅井、浅气层井及液压系统出现故障的井可采取硬关井。
The paper summarized nearly 40 status of downhole operation into 10 categories,and put forward the essential field well control techniques based on operation features.While overflow occurs,the regular semi-soft shut-in procedure can be applied to fours operation status,such as rotary drilling,tripping tubing or dill pipe,tripping drill collar or downhole tool,empty well or cable operation.And hard shut-in procedure can be applied to low pressure well,shallow well,shallow gas zone well,or when hydraulic system failure encountered.
