单行程套管钻井技术研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF ONE STROKE-CASING DRILLING TECHNOLOGY

套管钻井是近几年新兴的一项钻井技术,目前表现出强劲的发展势头。吉林油田针对套管钻井的特点,立足于工艺及工具设备国产化原则,进行了套管钻井工艺及工具配套技术的研究,并在吉林油田套保、扶余及新民地区进行了11口套管钻井的现场试验,采用改进型钻头脱接装置,根据地质要求进行了主力油层裸眼测井,并完成了井深1000m以上的套管钻井,取得了良好效果,证明国产化套管钻井技术经过完善后,可望成为降低钻井成本、提高效益的钻井新技术,具有广阔的发展前景。

The casing drilling technology is a rising drilling technology.Jilin Oilfield researched the technology and matching tools of casing drilling based on the trait of casing drilling and the fundamental of technology and installation indigenous,and has done site test in 11 wells in the Taobao,Fuyu and Xinmin region,used the generation bit connecting tripping device,did the open hole log in the main oil layer,completed 1000m casing drilling,and acquired a favorable effect.The results demonstrated that the advanced indigenous casing drilling technology should turn out to be a new drilling technology which could cut the cost,raise the benefit,and had an extensive foreground.
