不压井修井作业装备发展现状分析

ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT SITUATION OF THE SNUBBING WORKOVER EQUIPMENT

以不压井修井技术为背景,简述了不压井修井作业装备的类型、系统组成和工作原理。重点介绍了国内外不压井修井装备的发展现状,列出了国内外主要生产厂家产品的基本参数。分析了该技术与装备的发展趋势,并且针对目前我国不压井修井装备中油管内堵塞器的性能不稳定,堵塞工序占用作业时间过长;防喷器胶芯对管径变化的适应性不足;装备不配套,自动化程度低、操作复杂等问题提出了进一步开展不压井修井装备研究工作的四条建议。

The thesis presented the type,system components as well as the working principle of the snubbing workover equipment.The development situation of the snubbing workover equipment at home and abroad was mainly introduced.The basic parameters of the product of main suppliers were listed,the development trend of technology and equipment of snubbing operation has been analyzed.The existent problems of snubbing workover equipment made in China were pointed out,that is the performance of blanking plug is unstable and the process takes too much time in snubbing operation;the adaptability of BOP plastic core is insufficient to the caliber's change and the capability need to be enhanced;the automaticity is low and operation of the equipment is complex.Meanwhile,four suggestions were put forward for the further development of snubbing workover equipment.
