摘要
分析了球轴承径向受力时径向变形计算的复杂性,提出了通过拟合径向载荷积分常数简化径向变形计算的方法。针对常用的曲线拟合基函数,分别阐述了其拟合计算方法,并以基函数最高幂次为基准,比较了4种拟合方法的拟合指标,最终判定有理基函数具有较高的拟合精度。将拟合函数用于径向变形的计算,使三个变量相互耦合的方程(包括一个积分方程)简化为两个简单方程的迭代。算例表明,简化算法具有足够高的精度,实验结果与计算结果趋势的吻合度较高。
Based on analysis of the complexity in calculation of radial deformation on ball bearings under radial load, a method which can simplify the calculation was given through fitting the integral consant of radial force. Four common fitting methods were introduced detailedly and the fitting precisions were compared under the same topmost power of primary founction. The fitting by rational function was proved the best. Using the fitting founction, the calculation of radial deformation was simplified, and the group of equations of radial deformation which were coupled each other and included a numerical integral function become simple. At last, an example was given to indicate that the result of new method is very anastomotic to that obtained from traditional method, the result from experiment is agree with that from calculation.
