摘要 提出新的计算重型数控立车工作台刚性位移的方法和用于静压迭代求解的校正改进法。通过两个工况下的静压计算验证了新方法的有效性和稳定性。在此基础上,以工作台质量极小化为目标,建立包括结构和静压两个强耦合学科约束的优化模型,采用并行子空间设计方法进行优化。优化后工作台质量明显减小,表明了并行子空间设计方法的有效性。 A new method was proposed to predict the rigid displacement of the worktable and a novel correction--improvement method was presented to iteratively calculate hydrostatic pressures. Calculation results for two load cases were given to verify the effectiveness and stability of the proposed approach. Then, an optimization model was built to minimize the mass of the worktable under some constraints from structural and hydrostatic disciplines which were coupled bi- directionally. The optimization problem was solved using concurrent subspace design(CSD) method. After optimization, the worktable mass is decreased significantly, which shows the effectiveness of CSD approach.
