摘要
CVT传动系虚拟试验系统利用整车道路滑行试验和发动机台架试验的数据,分别建立了道路负载模型和发动机模型。根据负载模型和发动机模型,通过控制变频交流电机,动态模拟道路负载和发动机工作。对装备CVT和NJ376发动机的某国产轿车进行了模拟试验,结果证明CVT虚拟试验系统为CVT开发提供了有效的试验平台。
Based on the data of coasting performance test and engine bench test, the vehicle load model and the engine model were established. And the models were simulated dynamically by controlling the AC variable frequency motor. Through the simulation,a virtual test system for CVT was prepared. And a car equipped with CVT was tested by the system. The results show that the virtual test system is availability for CVT.
