摘要
将印刷电路板样品置于异丙醇及水(3+1)的混合溶液中浸泡以萃取板上的无机阴离子Cl^-、Br^-、NO_3^-及SO_4^(2-),并经在线预处理除去异丙醇对测定的干扰。用离子色谱法测定所得溶液中4种阴离子,对影响上述阴离子分离条件(淋洗液浓度及样品溶液的在线转移时间等)进行了研究。在最优条件下,测得4种阴离子工作曲线的线性范围均为20.0~800.0μg·L^(-1),以质量浓度为100.0,800.0μg·L^(-1)的混合标准溶液对方法的精密度作了试验,测得Cl^-、Br^-、NO_3^-及SO_4^(2-)峰面积值的相对标准偏差(n=6)依次为0.7%,0.8%,0.7%,1.8%和0.1%,0.1%,0.1%,0.7%。
The sample of printed circuit board was soaked in a mixed solution of iso-propanol and water (3+ 1) to extract the anions Cl^-, Br^-, NO3^- and SO4^2- from the board, and the interference of iso-propanol to the determination was eliminated through the on-line pretreatment. The anions were then determined by ion chromatography. Influential factors to the separation of the anions (i. e. concentration of eluent and time of on-line transferring of sample solution) were studied. Under the optimum conditions, linearity of the calibration curves found were in the range of 20. 0 to 800. 0μg · L^-1 for all the 4 anions. Precision of the method was tested with mixed standard solutions having the mass concentration of 100. 0, 800. 0 μg · L^-1. RSD's (n=6) of values of peak area measured for Cl^-, Br^-, NO3^- and SO4^2- were 0. 7 %, 0. 8 %, 0. 7 %, 1.8 % and 0. 1 %, 0. 1%, 0. 10%, 0. 7 % respectively.
